Pricelist regular cleaning
1 bedrom, 1 bathroom - €70
2 bedrom, 1 bathroom - €80
2 bedrom, 2 bathroom - €100
3 bedrom, 2 bathroom - fr €130
The price includes, if desired, washing of bedding and towels - up to 2 loads of laundry, max 12 kg.
For larger homes, such as houses, the price may be adjusted.
All prices are staded including VAT for private customers and excluding VAT for buisness customers.

Starting price from €60 for services such as move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, outdoor/window cleaning, gardening, emergency call-outs and simpler handyman work.
If the job requires more than one person on site, each extra person is charged €30 per commenced hour.
Simpler indoor cleaning, such as everyday/regular cleaning, is instead offered at a fixed price.
What´s included in regular cleaning?
Wiping of exterior surfaces, vacuuming, and wet mopping of floors where accessible.
Services and surfaces not listed below are not included in everyday cleaning.
Kitchen
Kitchen cabinet fronts (exterior), countertop, stovetop, sink, splashback/tiles, microwave and oven (excluding deep cleaning), empty fridge and empty, defrosted freezer (inside and out).
If the fridge/freezer is integrated, we only wipe the outside of the cabinet door it's mounted behind – we do not detach the door to clean the fridge/freezer door itself.
Bathroom
Shower/bathtub, sink, toilet, and mirror. The floor drain is given a light clean if needed and easily accessible – thorough grout cleaning and descaling are not included.
Laundry
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels are washed – up to two loads of laundry, max 12 kg, included.
Place in a pile or basket by the washing machine, or at the foot of the bed. If laundry is not in the right place, we assume it isn't meant to be washed.
Extra laundry costs €15/load.
Cannot be booked separately, only together with everyday cleaning. See our terms and conditions for more information on laundry.
We expect the home to be left
Without piles of dirty dishes, with kitchen appliances put away, oven/microwave wiped dry, and all trash – including in the bathroom – disposed of.
If you have one of our packages, we can also offer general property services for an extra cost.
Travel costs may apply depending on the assignment, or according to quote.

Basic Window Cleaning – October to June
Carried out by our partners:
Plumbing, awnings, AC, renovation, larger electrical work, window cleaning, gardening etc.
Standard key exchange
We drop off or pick up the key according to your wishes.

What counts as "other times":
Weekends, holidays, vacation periods, and urgent on-call assignments.
The commuter package is primarily intended for planned assignments.
Simple key exchange

– you adapt to the time and place we can offer for key pickup or drop-off.

Important:
During holidays, weekends, vacation periods, and urgent matters, standard key handling always applies. – not Simple key handling.
Extra Supervision
A simple supervision visit (from €30) can be booked if you have one of our basic packages that includes Keyholding, or one of our supervision packages.
The supervision visit can be used, for example, to let in a handyman or delivery, or for us to check on your home.
During holidays/time off:
Assignments are not normally carried out during holidays or planned time off.
If the supervision visit exceptionally needs to be carried out during these periods, double billing may apply. We always notify in advance if this applies, and recommend planning assignments well in advance to avoid extra costs.

Waiting time
For booked handyman visits, up to one hour of waiting time is included at no extra cost.
ITV Inspection
For our customers, we drive your car to and from your vacation home for a car inspection.
On a day when everything is closed...?
By pre-ordering a breakfast package, you don't need to spend time grocery shopping or planning breakfast for the next morning. Instead, you can wake up without having to think about buying food.
Add-on upon arrival:
We can also prepare the home for arrival by turning on the electricity, water, and AC if desired - so everything is ready when you arrive

Coffee/tea, milk, juice, yogurt, bread, butter, cheese, ham, eggs, water (3 l)
Example welcome package
6 beers, 4 canned sodas, wine, snacks, fruit
Price
Choose up to 10 items for €30 (service fee) + receipt cost. The receipt is paid in cash after purchase, while the service is invoiced.
Good to know
Feel free to specify your preferences in the order, e.g. dark or light bread, which juice flavor you'd like, etc.
